A stretch and strengthening program for mommy and an engaging experience for your child. Our relaxed, fun program allows you and your toddler an atmosphere of exercise, music, friends and bonding time. As adults we all know the benefits of exercise and stretching, but did you know that it helps children with digestion, relaxation and sleeping patterns as well.
The Class
For toddlers age 1 to 2.5 years.
Our class is designed as a creative dance and workout session. We encourage parents to participate in our stretching and strengthening program while allowing our youngest dancers to join in the fun. Toddlers are ready to try some exercises alongside of their parent and some with assistance. While mom is working on strengthening her thighs and core, toddler is learning about swaying and bending his/her knees. We use lots of props and imagery to keep our imaginations flowing.
The Concept
We keep our environment relaxed and fun to allow the children to explore and try exercises with mom. The children will also learn some of the essential coordination skills while gaining self-confidence in the classroom with Mommy close at hand.
The Atmosphere
Our class allows you the mom to tend to your child's needs as only you know how. If you must stop or step out for a few minutes, we invite you to join back in whenever you are ready.
